2021 A year to look forward to. 2020 (my 40th Anniversary Year of organising rail holidays) started wonderfully as by the end of February all records were being broken for advance bookings. Subsequently it became a Spring and Summer whereby we have been tested to the limits of understanding and endurance. As each tour has been cancelled all clients have received the offer of full refunds within a matter of days of their tour being cancelled. Additionally, as you can see from our tick box on our front cover we have implemented schemes that put our customers firmly at the forefront of our thoughts. It is an old saying but when times are difficult the cream really does rise to the top.
