(B,D) DAY 6 After a relaxing morning in Guernsey, we journey to the beautiful Herm Island , a tranquil island with no cars, no crowds, and no pressure.With an active policy of preserving the island’s pristine natural environment and peacefulness, the only way to arrive on Herm Island is by boat and, for many, Herm is a like a pilgrimage into the nostalgia of simpler times. We can sample island life and take in spectacular views before returning to Guernsey in time for our evening meal. (B,D) DAY 7 Today, we cruise to the unique Isle of Sark , another world apart from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We tour this marvellous, car-free haven by horse and carriage exploring this tranquil hideaway with lush, dazzling wildflowers and secluded sandy beaches surrounded by huge cliffs, coves, and caves.The horse drawn carriages trundle along the island’s charming roads past spectacular natural landscapes and historical architecture and, after a relaxing day, why not finish your visit with a Sark cream tea. (B,D) DAY 8 After a leisurely morning, we depart for Poole aboard Condor Ferries* and, on arrival, we transfer to the Marsham Court Hotel in Bournemouth where we enjoy our final evening meal together. (B,D) DAY 9 After breakfast, we bid farewell to Bournemouth and make our way to the station for our homeward journeys.
