Following great feedback our Golden October Austria Steam Adventure is back and as we don’t do things by halves…it’s a big one! This October the Lokpark Heritage Railway Collection at Ampflwang opens its doors with the Dampflokfest steam festival and we have included a night photo steam shoot. A week later sees a rare steam excursion on the Mariazellerbahn Railway and we are travelling first class! In between we feature the Zillertalbahn, Ahornbahn cable car, Innsbruck’s Nordkettenbahn, the Gmunden Tramway, Heritage journey on the Traunseebahn, boat trip on idyllic Lake Traunsee plus, a brewery tour at Schloss Eggenberg.
